Before I get invaded by all the Centrelink 'clients' in the country, let me make it quite clear: the sort of tenants I want must work for a living, be chirpy in the morning, and be of the feathered kind.
A variety of accommodation - with or without bird bath - is available, and more is being built as we speak.
And so as not to ruffle any feathers, I'm even open to changes in design as well as colour, as long as it is khaki-green.
